Crew Member - Car Wash

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Guide!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you take pride in doing your job well? Auto Oasis Express Wash in Hoover, AL is seeking Customer Service Guides to join our team!

Pay rate is $10 - $14 per hour. Bonus incentives offered. Our work schedules are flexible to accommodate students or retirees looking for additional income while maintaining a good work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work some weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

Flexible scheduling available with 15–25 hours per week.

As a Customer Service Guide, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience at our car wash. From greeting customers upon arrival, to prepping their vehicles and assisting them with any questions or concerns, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all customers.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Customer Service Guides will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized facility, assist with equipment maintenance, and contribute to a positive work environment.
